We have done a number of posts for CABS and as we continue to use them for our rentals find the outstanding service is always there. One of our tenants air-condition was not working and it was extremely hot in Sacramento and would be for the next week for a heat wave. Sean who would be leaving out of town the next morning tried to find the part needed, but all the stores were closed by 5pm He made arrangements for another member of their team to buy the part and come the next morning to put it in so the air-condition would work. Thank you Sean and Thank you Adrian Martinez for coming on Saturday to fix it. Outstanding service by all. Great Company, reliable, trustworthy, and responsive. Outstanding Service. We had issues with our electric panel connecting to the air conditioner. We called out CABS and Sean Goyer was the tehnician that came out. We are so happy he did. He found the fundamental problem with our electric panel that caused an issue with both of the units in the duplex. He explained in detail the issue we had and worked to find a solution to our problem. We did not want our tenant to be without air-condition since Sacramento was having a heat wave. We are so happy with CABS and their employees. We highly recommend them. They have given us outstanding service.

I am a subscriber for few years. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. The service people are prompt and knowledgeable and professional. I trusted CABS to replace the entire heating and AC system including duct work in 2022. Michael did a great job doing routine maintenance. He is professional and attentive. I highly recommend CABS.
