Adrian was very professional and very thorough in explaining to me what was going on with my air conditioning system and what I needed to get it fixed. I appreciate the level of experience he showed and how he was able to explain the issues without confusing me over technical terms.

Just had Technician Sean Goyer perform a service on our HVAC system. He was friendly and professional and provided me with all the information we need to keep our system performing well for years to come. We have been using CABS for years and have had nothing but great experiences with their out of office and in office employees.

Ronnie is an amazing person to work with. I am so pleased with how he handled himself! CABS is blessed to have an excellent Lead Technician. I will recommend CABS to anybody who needs heating and air conditioning service! I would like to add that I did use CABS to install a brand new HVAC system. Would also like to shout out to couple other technicians, Mikhail Petrenko and Hugo Mendez for doing an excellent job!

CABS is a great HVAC vendor. We have a maintenance contract with them and have been consistently happy over multiple years. Sean has done our maintenance tune-ups a few times and has been great every time.

Excellent customer service, timeliness and relationship building, as I am sure you know, are extremely rare. CABS is not only the needle in the haystack, but honestly should teach classes on the subject. If you stopped reading right now and called their office you would be amazed and how friendly, professional and amiable they are; I have over a 30 year background in customer service and yet I feel I should take a course from them. Now on to the work and installation. I never felt pressured, Peter explained everything to me clearly and I really can't tell you how impressed and satisfied I am. The system is a Lennix and works great, but here's where this review matters. They were on time everyday (they text you when they are heading to your home...awesome!), did very professional work and always cleaned up everything, had good fun attitudes (even the guy who had to crawl into my 18x12 area to run conduit...what a trooper!), the work was very professionally done and explained to me at every step and honestly I feel they did more that I expected. I cannot recommend them more highly!!!

First, I want to say that you to CABS, when I made my appointment few weeks in advance, they did a follow up that they were coming on the 18th and sent a text with his photo. (Customer Service is gone, but CABS Heating and Air Conditioning made me believe again.) Ronnie did the service. He was knowledgeable and professional. In addition, he explained the unit I have for the house is too small and almost time to replace the unit. I was/am was aware that my unit is almost at end of life. What I appreciate about Ronnie, he educated me on units that CABS installs and why the company stands behind them.He wasn't trying to sell me a unit, but wanted to educate me to make sure that I choose the right one that was best fit for my needs. I felt he was professional, humble and knows his job. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again and again.

Sean provided maintenance yesterday. As usual the service was great. Very friendly, professional and efficient. He was very thorough and explained all that he did in detail. Out system was good; no repairs were necessary. We are very happy with his service and CABS as a company.

The technician was great. He fixed the problem and explained everything to me. Thank you for such wonderful service! He placed new recharged batteries into the "low battery box" and everything is working perfectly now.

Sean was my technician today. If I could give more then 5 stars, I absolutely would. He came prepared with estimates for a new unit (the last tune up I had I mentioned to the tech that we would be wanting to replace this unit soon). He read those notes before my appointment and came fully prepared with all of the information and pricing we would need. He finished the A/C service quickly and efficiently. Sean was extremely professional and polite. I can not recommend Cabs Heating and Air enough! Best customer service and techs in the industry!!!!

Excellent company from the initial start to finish. All the staff were very professional, polite and answered all my questions. They came highly recommended by two family members who had used them and I was not disappointed. The installers worked very hard and consistently to complete the work. Everything was left clean. Very satisfied with the job. I will highly recommend them to my neighbors.
