Had HVAC Technician Adrian come out and repair our air conditioner when it broke down in the high heat of summer. He was on time, very friendly & kind. Fixed our AC extremely quickly and even added preventive measures to ensure the same problem wouldn’t happen again. Thank you Adrian for turning our house from an air fryer to a refrigerator!!!!

Update: CABS just finished the process of replacing our old gas HVAC with a new efficient heat pump HVAC, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience!! Peter came promptly and gave us a very thorough and competitive cost estimate, explaining all the different options and ways we could save some money while getting a top notch system. He actually listened to us and was very honest, didn’t try to push more expensive products and really worked with us until we were comfortable with our decision. They are SMUD approved contractors, so we were able to get the SMUD rebates, and CABS took care of it all for us! The technicians (Leandro, Andrew, and Michael) were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and best of all they were punctual and reliable. They all treated our property like their own, leaving everything clean after they were done. The office ladies Kat and Sukhi were a pleasure to talk to, and promptly resolved a couple of minor issues that came up with paperwork and schedule. Both Peter and Nika are amazing and go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend CABS for any HVAC needs!

We hired CABS to do the Seal and Insulate of our attic, and to replace our gas furnace and a/c with a Daikin inverter HVAC system. We received multiple bids and ultimately decided on CABS. There were many small reasons that tipped us towards hiring CABS, but one of the major ones was the 12-year parts AND labor warranty for Daikin. You never hear of that in this industry. (We also know that in Europe, where these inverter systems have been the building standard for years, Daikin has the reputation of being the best brand out there.) We are so happy with our decision to go with CABS. I've never dealt with a contractor so professional, so courteous, so meticulous, so responsive and so dependable. They communicated their arrival times, and were always prompt. They were incredibly respectful of our house, taking care not to damage our cabinetry and wood floors. When there was a little bit of inevitable damage to a garage window and to one of the ceilings (it's a 1930s house, so it was unavoidable), they immediately discussed it with me and followed through on repairs. They answered all of our innumerable questions with great patience. It's not easy having contractors tromping through your house and in your attic for a week. From the sales person who initially gave us our quote to all of the employees who worked on this job, thank you for making this as painless as possible. I have a fair amount of first-hand construction experience, so I know how to tell a quality job from a run-of-the-mill job. I don't say this lightly: CABS is the best commercial contractor I've ever worked with. If you need an HVAC contractor for anything, call CABS! You won't regret it.
